- All orders are shipped same or next business day. If for any reason this is not possible, we'll
contact you by email.
- Small orders (under 13 oz) are automatically shipped USPS First Class unless you select USPS
Priority at checkout. Transit time for first Class is 1 to 3 days.
- Most shipments go by USPS Priority. Transit time is 1 to 3 days.
- We offer free USPS Priority shipping on all of our master cleanser kits. The price you see on
the kits page is your total cost.
- On the Volume discounts page, we offer a 20% discount for the purchase of 3 or more kits of
any type. These orders are shipped by Parcel Post. Transit time for Parcel Post is 1 to 7 days.
- You may request Express Mail delivery for your order by selecting it from the drop down box at
checkout. You will be contacted by email with the actual cost, and asked permission to
authorize that charge. We will not charge your account or ship your order without that final
confirmation.
- For customers ordering from Canada, Europe or Japan, select the appropriate shipping
method at checkout, and your shipping cost will show in your shopping cart.
- When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When your order is
process and ready to ship, you will be sent a shipping confirmation which will include your
USPS tracking number.
- If you purchase using Paypal and charge to your credit card, the charge will appear on your
statement as 'SDC' or 'SDCreations'.
