Do you require a minimum purchase?
  • Yes, to be cost effective for both of us, we need the first order to be a minimum of any 6 kits, after that you may order any quantities,
    as  we trust that  you'll  grow with us.
How long does it take to process and ship orders?
  • We usually ship within 2-3 business days.  
Which shipping method do you offer?
  • For wholesale and reseller's accounts, we only offer USPS Parcel Post, which has a transit time of aprox. 5-8 days.
Can I use my UPS/FedEx account to ship my orders?
  • No, we only use USPS.  
Do you collect sales tax?
  • No,   collecting taxes for sales in your State is your responsibility.
How do I know what's in stock on your website?  
  • We usually have a good stock, but once in while some of the products are in short supply, we'll notify you.
What payment methods do you accept?
  • You are our customer, therefore we accept  your  Visa, Master Card,  or  Money Orders.
We'll confirm with the credit card companies your billing details.
How do I get paid from my customers?
  • We suggest that you only accept payments in the form of checks, money orders or cash on delivery, you could take a deposit on
    orders to insure that you'll have no cancellations.   Accepting Credit Cards for a home business is not cost effective, as the
    expenses are high and charge backs are a reality of doing business with credit card companies.
What about returns?
Working from home is usually easier as you know the customer well, therefore returns will be rare, but if someone decides not to accept
the order, we accept returns within 10 days, but please keep in mind that due to the nature of the products we sell, shipping box is needs
to  be return in the exact same way it was received
.   Shipping charges and a 10% restocking charge will be deducted from your refund.
Think of selling from home as the old fashioned method, (like selling cookies door to door) Lets
keep in mind that some people don't want to enter their credit information on the Internet, or they
prefer the personal attention, explanation of the product etc...in other words they  prefer to deal
with you than the impersonal orders taking on the internet!

    price, or you may set your own price. It's up to you to know your market and set your own

Will my customers see who is the supplier?
  • No, we'll handle everything as a "blind shipment"  Our name, prices or labeling  will not
    appear in any of products. Only our invoice to you will contain all our contact information
